Back Pain

Hey Everybody,

I've been having lower back pain for a while, and I was just wondering if anybody had any Yoga/Flexibility stuff that would help, or experience with it themselves. It's bad enough that I can't get my legs fully perpendicular to the ground during a Leg Lever, and it's also hampering my progress when trying to train Front Lever Tucks. What I've been doing for a few weeks are trying Bridges. Should I do these multiple times a day, every day, instead of when I train?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
