Well done mate I'm Gav, I live in the Eastern Pilbara in Western Australia. My story is that in the last year I have put on 17kg and have no excuses, and now basically none of my clothes fit me anymore It's a sure sign when the only shorts you wear has elastic in to accomadate the belly bulge. My plan is to Level Up and show No Fear from this moment in working hard towards losing the weight I have put on and off course look great naked!Cheers NF Team!Gav Link to comment
