Hey there friends

Hey guys.

Stumbled upon this website a couple days ago, and I poked around a bit. I like the way things seem to work around here so I'm giving it a shot. I'm 21 year old college student from north carolina. I've been lifting/running for awhile now and I'm a pretty good athlete, but lately I've been frustrated by a lack of progress and this seems like a good way to kick start a new approach.

I'm going to post in the programming thread shortly because I'm trying to come up with a new plan, and I'm definitely going to track it in the battle log. Accountability is huge for me.

I'm also going to try to do a 6 week challenge if I get everything together in time.

Here are a few of my current goals:

- I want to do muscle ups

- 10 unassisted handstand push ups (I can do like 4 on a wall right now)

- walking handstand

- one handed pushups

- pistol squats

- standing backflip

- complete a 300 workout

just for reference:

6'1

175 lbs

roughly 10% bodyfat (I don't really trust BIA, doing a densitometry reading soon though)

Bench max= 205

Squat max= 285

Bent Row max = 215

Mid thigh pull max = 285

RDL Max = 225

Push Press max =145
