Skunk?
Earlier this evening I was participating in judo, as the session was coming to an end and I was being thrown, my shoulders were crushed down into my stomach, they didn't touch but now I have a pain in my chest when I reach my elbows together, and it is a little difficult to breathe at times. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow morning but I figured you guys might have some better knowledge, seeing as you are a fitness group and he's used to dealing with sick people. Do you guys have any tips or information on how to get it better? What workouts will just make the situation worse? Also, I was playing a game earlier and an enemy startled me, and there was major pain in my chest. If this isn't the right thread for this please let me know. notanartmajor
No way of knowing what's actually wrong until you see the doctor. Most likely you're going to have to rest and not use whatever's hurt for some time. The best advice any of us can give you is to listen to your doctor. Link to comment
