If anyone tells you that having a second child is easier than the first, they're lying Anyhow, at 4am this morning I hit the gym again for the first time in 5 weeks! I didn't set any PBs, but I have managed to retain quite a bit of strength. Here are my stats: Squats: 3x5 @ 60kg Press: 2 x 5 @ 10kg Dead lift: 3 x 3 @ 60kg Dumbbell swings: 2 x 20 x 20kg I'm now 83kg and 21% body fat I'm back! Quote BAREFOOT DAWSY Scout Commander (ret.)
