BarefootDawsy Posted January 26, 2011 Report Share Posted January 26, 2011 Wow, I just did my body fat measurements this morning and have worked out that I'm down to 19%! To give you some indication of what this means, in Early November last year I was just shy of 25%. So it would appear that power lifting and reducing bread/rice/pasta/coke intake (not completely, but have probably halved it) is an effective strategy!
