Hi I'm Anna

So excited to have signed up here. I think it is very cool to have a fitness site for "everyone else." I'm happy to know I am not the only one trying to improve their life experience as a whole. Not exactly sure how to use this site, but I'm eager to find out!

I tram a 26 yr old girl just trying to get back on the healthy track. My friend told me about this site, and I figured I should try it out. Cannot hurt to get more motivation.

I am 5'5. Current weight is 187 lbs. My goal as a whole is to lose about 30-40 lbs. I have been pretty dedicated to the gym with in the last couple months, and although I feel my body changing, I have not lost any of the weight. So, just trying to focus on doing things better. ( Also, I am open to new ideas and suggestions)
