Hello from Vancouvers!

Recommended Posts

I'm a fairly big guy. Always been about strength training and getting really strong. I was a competitive taekwondo athlete during my youth days and since then turned to strength training. After a few depressing years and not working out I got rather large, going from a healthy 215lbs to about 335lbs at the peek of it all.

Once I found out my father was sick was cancer I decided to change for the good and get down to a path of health. I've been going slowly since then. I worked myself down to 294lbs last year and had a really good run getting down to about 250lbs. Staying steady for 8 months then recently in the last few since summer I shot back up to just shy of 300lbs.

I've began my journey again, this time with help of NF and paleo.

That's my story, hope you enjoyed it!

Hello, fellow Canadian! So sorry to hear about your dad...that is really tough. Good for you using it for motivation to get healthier, and for not giving up even when you yo-yo'ed. Here's to the end of yo-yos and never ever seeing the 300's again! Welcome to the rebellion.
