Last week I was a hard gainer with a crappy diet, and intermittent gym sessions full of machines and P90x ab exercises. This week (and every following week), I am a Paleo-diet eating, barbell dominating, Elven Warrior. My long term goals are to add about 15 lbs. of lean muscle, clean up my diet, grow my music business, and travel around having great adventures (like our friend Steve Kamb, or Tim Ferriss).
