Hiya there

Hiya guys!

Quick introduction thing: 23 years old, student, finally wanna get back on track to be fit. Used to work out lots when I was like 16; it lasted till I was 19 and ever since then I've had some lazy years and gained a lot of weight, which I wanna lose again now, 'cause it makes me really uncomfortable. I really hate being unfit and having basically no endurance at all. Feels terrible.

So, yeah--first time joining a fitness forum, so I hope to find a few familiar faces to chat with and stuff. Gonna have a look around now :D
