Hello Rbel world!

Hey everyone!

I'm from Nova Scotia Canada and have lost my way over the last couple of years in fitness. I use to teach boxing and swim lessons and was at 179. Now a days I'm a 250 pound office working looking to get into better shape. I hope I am able to learn a few things and improve my habbits.

Hello fellow Canadian! Welcome to the rebellion. Other than "getting into better shape" what are your fitness goals? Is there something you'd like to work towards achieving, something you'd like to be able to do again, etc? Looking forward to hearing more about what you want to achieve!
