Newb to The Rebellion

Hey there fellow Rebels!

My name is Rizie & I am fresh & new to this community. I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

I have been doing crossfit for about a year & 8 months. For the past 5 months I have been focusing a bit more on power lifting. I really enjoy it & feel like I have been getting stronger. Just last week I improved my overhead squat by 10 pounds!

When I'm not pumping stones I like to be lazy every so often, watch horror/sci-fi movies, read comics & draw a little.

Current goals:

- unassisted pull-up (I've been doing lat-hangs & negatives)

- better & deeper squats

- 110+ clean & jerk

Recent goals achieved:

- PR dead lift of 215lbs

- PR 150lbs back squat

- getting over my fear of being upside down & doing a handstand

I want to get mad strong & I'm looking forward to reading about everyone's goals & how to achieve my own!

Hello fellow newbie!

Congratulations particularly on your handstand. That's the goal that looks to me like it was most outside of the box for you since it wasn't lifting/weight oriented and required fear conquering. So, kudos!
