Hi,

I used to be a rower at university but 5 years of games programming and the associated late nights with free pizza have taken their toll. I'd like to get somewhere close to where I used to be when I rowed so it's the Rangers path for me. Starting Strength starts next week to get myself back into lifting heavy things and then once I'm a fair way through the program I'll start to work in some cardio on the ergs. I know SS says you should gym it up three times a week, but I'm aiming for at least twice a week till Christmas, and then I'll try bumping it up.
