Reporting for duty

Hello NF!

Just signed up and am having a look around the mothership getting inspired by what I see. Looking forward to pulling the trigger on a few items this week and getting started.

So my goals this week are simple, but, for me, HUGE:

1. Admit that I need help. So here I am, raising my hand. I need help. There. I said it. That feels better.

2. Take some, ANY action to make a change. So to that end I bought dumbbells, a workout mat and resistance bands for my home. I also said "no" to my daily treat (chocolate) at work today. (There was gasping in the cubicles when I said I'd pass. Ha ha.)

3. Read the NF guides and suggested articles to begin the learning process so I can sort out what I need to work on next.

4. Start a shopping list of good foods and ingredients for my next trip to the store.

5. Join the forums and connect with all the other rebels going through what I'm take on. Check.

Look forward to meeting the gang and playing along. Away we go!
