New guy introduction ^_^

Hi.

I'm really excited to try new things here in this site. It's very informative and i think i would be ale to get a lot of good tips here on how to work out right and how to eat right.

Have been working out at a gym for about 2 years now. even hired a trainer before. I lost a bit of weight and had a better shape to my body but after the PT sessions ended, Things went a bit downhill.... and now I feel and weigh like i'm back to square one. T.T

I have no problem working out cause i really like doing it. hope i could do it everyday, but work gets in the way... doeting is my real problem cause i LOVE SWEETS.... but im getting rid of it lil by lil. been doing the paleo diet for about a week now. no rice/bread/sweets... but a cup of coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon but will try to reduce it as the days go by....

Anyway thats all for now. Hope to meet great new people here who can help each other to get healthy. ^_^

i would like to focus more on strength exercises since i'd like to optimize the use of my Gym membership. I'd like to be able to carry heavier weight.s i have been on a slump lately stuck at 40 kg on my bench press. id want to try heavier but 'i'm kinda scared i'd hurt myself since i work out alone. Id also like to lose my love handles that been there forever..... i started doing the paleo diet but i'm still unsure of all the details of what not to eat. for now i have cut all bread and rice (which are staples here) and anything sweet. but id like to learn more about this diet and been browsing the forums for more info on it. any links you'd like to share concerning this topic?
