Pickles
I have struggled with being active my whole life, though I am athletic. I have gone through spurts of being super active, and then slumps of rolling myself around the house.I am almost 30, getting married, in a mostly sedentary job, trying to start a new career, and it seems like all I do is work and then housework. Lame! I want to be fit and active and happy, not board, boring, and tired!I also have a wonderful 85lb pit bull, Pooh Bear, who needs exercise. So, since I am starting new here, I decided to focus on running because I can do this with him and he can be my partner. And if I can't do it for me all the time, I can tell myself to do it for him.Wish me luck! Link to comment
