Goldie Posted November 30, 2012 Report Share Posted November 30, 2012 i missed this part of signing up to the rebellion so I'll bullet point as I'm a bit late! - I'm 29 and female - i'm around 5 ft 7 and 150lbs - I've been active all my life but stepped up the cardio 3 yrs ago. I initially got incredible results from the intensity but my body adapted and the effects started to lag - I didn't really look at my diet. My youth was riddled with eating disorders and although i'm better now i'm not 100%. My portions are messed up. I try to skip meals but end up mildly overeating at the next.So on to what I'm going to do about it: - I have added in weights and circuits to my exercise plan - I'm cleaning up my diet and aiming for a primal way of eating (I started today!)I'm psyched to be here folks - thanks for listening.
