According to my Cessation Nation app (Droid) it has been 9days 01:18 (hr:min) since my last cigarette. Note: My crochet skills have shot through the roof b/c of this. I might just have a whole blanket done by Christmas. Who'da thunk, huh? Haven't had a cigarette habitually in about 2 months now! Just one every now and then, which is still too much, but it's a start.... Link to comment
