Ten weeks and counting (and more good news!).

Hey all!

As of this week, I've been working hard in the gym and watching what I eat for the past ten weeks. That in itself makes me really happy, as at the beginning, I had a really difficult time getting into the gym; you know, listening to the lazy voice in my head that tells me to go watch TV or play a video game instead with a huge bowl of ice cream. Now, I get antsy when I don't go to the gym and sweat my ass off with heavy lifting and body weight workouts at least four times a week, and I have FAR more energy then I had initially. It's become a steady and welcome habit, something that brings me no small amount of happiness.

Next, my wife and I were married just over 8 weeks ago, and we went on our honeymoon during the first week of December to Las Vegas (WOOOO!). Even with the several buffets and constant alcohol, from the last time I took my weight measurement (2nd week of November) and exactly one month later (a few days ago), I still managed to loose seven (7) and a half pounds!
