Squatting half a Shoshie!

Back squat for 5 reps = 110 lbs

Current Shoshie weight = 220 lbs

Woot!

I can also do a chin up with a 110 lb counterweight. So I can also pull half a Shoshie! Slowly, slowly getting closer to one of my life goals: doing a pull up.
