JediSi Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 Hi all, Intro time i guess I'm Jedi Si (strangely that's not just a net handle, many friends actually know me as such!!) and as the name suggests i love my wars, but equally i love my trek! I've a long standing love affair with games since i first had an Amiga 500 as a kid and that just snowballed into full on Nerdom. Nowadays I still play Video games but i love my MtG, FoW, 40K as well as a great many others I LARP when I can, Ride my Skateboard and love to rock out on the weekends. As to fitness i've a long and odd history with it. Currently I'm 28, 5'9" (175cm) and 15st 5 (215lb/97.6kg) As a kid I had a congenital heart condition called Tetrology of Fallot, which I had surgically corrected when I was six and due to this, whilst i still used to run around and ride a bike as a kid i never really got into "traditional" sports but spent alot of time with Martial Arts. After I left school I qualified as a lifeguard and really got into fitness and by the time i went to Uni I was hooked on sports and spent alot of time in the gym and got into Parkour and the likes. Over the last couple of years my Fitness has really suffered and as it turned out, my heart was starting to give out on me again (well the pulmonary valve was). As I type this I'm 3 weeks Post Op from Open Heart Surgery and I'm chomping at the bit to get my fitness back, But I'm sure you'll see more of that in the W00T Room.
