TheSavageBean
When I walk into the gym, I immediately head to the cardio theatre. Once there, I do a light 20 minute warmup jog at 40kph. Once the treadmill is left a smoking crater I move to the weight section. My domain. My kingdom. First the bench press, usually occupied by a lesser insect I merely give him the death eye with a left bicep twitch and he mewls off like a scared kitten. I smash out 140kg for reps. Next comes the deadlift. I powerfist my bro who has already racked up the 6 plates I will be shifting (it's a deload week). And then. The squat rack. I move over to my private rack and step over the velvet rope, chuckling to myself and licking my lips as I imagine the sweet taste of victory. The PR. I perform my ritual, valsava technique, enter my meditative trance and unleahing the beast inside of me. I feel every muscle fibre tense. Then I click play.HUUUAUAUUAAARRRGGH My Anime List - http://myanimelist.net/profile/speedy4122My Food/exercise log - http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/38056-beanlog/ Link to comment

CROW
Anything Psy/Goa trance. Astral Projection, Virus, Sphongle (not exactly in either genre). I can't take changing tracks when I'm getting in the zone. Nothing like an hour-long mix of repetitive sound. Link to comment
