100 Burpee Challenge

Day 60  for me- I'm getting them in there- it's starting to wear a little on me- I mostly do mine all at once- or in close proximity (if I'm lifting I do them between each lift in sets of 10-15)  This makes lifting kind of rough- but whatever!!!  Get's the job done. 

 

I'm still mixing it up with different types of burpees- but not all the time. day 51 was ALL burpee box jumps- and that was cool.  

 

GO GO GO GO... YOU CAN DO IT <chants to self!!>

 

They laugh at me at dance class b/c I'm always doing them before mid and after- it's amusing- I just don't have much time else where on Monday's so it works.
