ILPWF Posted January 2, 2013 Report Share Posted January 2, 2013 So today I was talking to a friend (waiting at the park, waiting on some other friends) when one of us mentioned parkour. I used to do it but stopped after finally getting good and he's never done it but wants to get fitter; perhaps this is the final push I need to get my act together and after some discussion we've worked out a routine and we're gonna be starting tomorrow.
