IRISHodabred's personal 6 week challenge!

Ok, so back on Nov. 28th I set a few goals for myself to reach by today, Jan. 2nd. Some were met, one was not.

 

Goal 1:  Get to or below 185lbs (from 191) = I weighed in at 183 this morning (WOOT!) +1 Con

Goal 2: Be able to do 10 chin ups w/in 3 sets = I can do 15 as of now. (WOOT!) +2 ST +1STAM

Goal 3: Drop 3-5% body fat = I have to double check but I think I'm at a 3% drop. (WOOT!) +1 CHA

 

Life Goal: Play my Celtic tin whistle 3hrs a week = EPIC FAIL! (WAH, WAH) I think I will follow "Dr. Marvin's" advice and take Baby Steps with this. 1hr a week to start with for next challenge.

 

I also went Primal and have stuck to it and will continue to do so. I probably am working at a +90% Primal at this point and loving it!

 

I can't wait to join the Rebellion in my first Challenge in a week or so! HOORAH!
