I didn't go through the whole thing, but the TLDR seems to be basic NF philiosophy, strength train, break free from the gym and use free weights.
Yep, I probably should've warned folks that it's a bit long.

 

I was just surprised to see the philosophy from some place as "mainstream" as men's health.

 

Aw, dude, I remember this article. It's a good one. I like it a lot, and it inspires me to not be one of those dumbass PFTs who does no true good for the client.

I got to that article via Hacker News a couple of years ago.  It started my research into exercise and weight loss that eventually led here so not much of a surprise it resonates with others.

 

Although right now my legs aren't particularly grateful.
