Hi All,

 

I'm Brittany. I'm a new scout! I am not new to fitness, in fact I just ran my first full marathon this past September. Prior to, I trained really hard and was in the best shape of my life! However, the post marathon blues hit and hit hard and running and I began to have a love-hate relationship. I took some needed time off from running after the marathon, life happened and I put everything and everyone else as a bigger priority than myself (partly because I felt guilty from training so many hours and not being there for those people before the marathon).  I had a really hard time getting back into running and eating as I should, thus resulting in a 15lb weight gain since SEPTEMBER!!! I know that the hardest part of getting back into a habit is just stepping one foot out the door. I hope that with this forum I will have some accountability and it will help me move these dragging feet of mine.
