ThatOneGirl
I saw that, it was pretty interesting. Has anyone read his book? Is it worth picking up? Quote Link to comment
joshua.m1001
Born to Run? I would say yes or at least check it out from a library and read it that way as I did. It is what first introduced me to the fact that there are different ways and approaches to running, both physical and mental. Quote Link to comment
NukeTheUnicorns
Born to Run is a fantastic read. I definitely recommend it, even if you're not interested in running at all. I'm not much of a reader but I plowed through BTR in three days. Quote Valar Morghulis Link to comment
Cacophony
Yeah, I picked up a copy of Born to Run with Christmas gift cards and couldn't put it down. I HATE to run... and since reading the book and chatting with a girlfriend of mine who barefoot runs in a pair of vibrams I've been motivated to pick up a pair myself. I've played with them on the indoor track using the description and tips on the book and WOW... I might actually do some running this spring if the snow ever melts enough to find the sidewalk. =) Quote . ~*~ Some things make ripples... I prefer to make waves. ~*~ . Link to comment
