Justicar
Lost another one of my heroes over the weekend. Sharing his epic yarns with the Croc Hunter these days, I suppose. Dammit. Any other Redwall Nerds out there? Quote Link to comment
werwolf
I'm not familiar with his work, but I'm sorry for your hero loss. Quote Link to comment
Alethea
Oh no! I remember reading those books since I learned how to read! Those books had everything a growing young mind could possibly want - warfare, slavery, oppression, hope, courage and love. I wouldn't be nearly the fantasy nerd I am today without him. Who was your favorite animal? I'm stuck between the otters and the hares. Quote "Let another say. 'Perhaps the worst will not happen.' You yourself must say. 'Well, what if it does happen? theta
Otters and the mice were always my favorite! I've been an avid reader of his works for twelve years now and am extremely sad to see him go. I love to cook and all of my favorite recipes come from the Redwall cookbook I bought off Amazon My all time favorite is the Otter's Shrimp and Hotroot stew!I think I'll spend the evening reading The Legend of Luke and having a cup of tea in his honor.
