Hello to all!

Hello! I learned about nerd fitness through my husband who joined the site this fall. He told me about the new challenge that starts this month, so...here I am. Fitness is a very important part of my lifestyle and has been for many years. I love circuit training and do a combination of high intensity cardio intervals and body weight and light weight strength work. I'm excited to participate in the challenge, and I'm always looking for new tips and ideas. Plus I'm a huge nerd!

Hey there JustKathy! You sound familiar, have we met? We should meet up sometime...maybe at our house or something. I'll cook dinner if you do the dishes. LOL! Welcome to the Rebellion and best of luck to you and your fellow Assassins although I am confident we Rangers will give you a run for your money.

P.S. FYI: JustKathy and I are married which hopefully explains the banter. I'm not a creeper...most of the time anyway.
