Spezzy would looooove my trainer (small Asian dude, prob early 20s if you're interested when you come out to Seattle ;) )... anyway, today's warm up was jump rope 1 min, 10 burpess, high knee running in place 30 sec, jump rope 30 sec, 1 min rest. Do this 3 times then on to deadlifting. We've done burpees at each session.
