Gowaduv Posted March 3, 2011 Report Share Posted March 3, 2011 Spezzy would looooove my trainer (small Asian dude, prob early 20s if you're interested when you come out to Seattle )... anyway, today's warm up was jump rope 1 min, 10 burpess, high knee running in place 30 sec, jump rope 30 sec, 1 min rest. Do this 3 times then on to deadlifting. We've done burpees at each session.
