("Hi, Beastback.") I'm almost 40 years old, female, mother of two. My partner and I got back to the gym about three years ago. We've been working out steadily ever since. I thought I'd post my Real Life Roleplaying stats here, to start things out right. Human Adventurer (I'd like to eventually get around to Ranger, but I don't think I've gotten far enough yet.) Level 1 STR: 3 romanian deadlift a pair of 50 lb dumbbellsbench press each of my kidsDEX: 2I can do some tai chi and yogaSTA: 3 hold a plank for a minuterun a mile outdoors in the snow easily, albeit slowlyCON: 2WIS: 3 I'm wise enough to not drink soda, to not eat fast food, to do most of my own cooking and eat a crapton of vegetables.CHA: 2I am pleasant enough, but not good with people I don't already know I've entered the six week challenge. Challenge goals: Run three miles without stopping. (Previous record - 2.5 mi.)Two consecutive Renegade rows. (Previous record, 1 complete row left and right arms, 5 lb weights.)Eat totally paleo one day a week for six weeks. Life goal: Reacquaint myself with the Nerd Fitness forums by updating this thread each week and by reading AT LEAST three other topics each week. Someone else might give themselves a STR 3 for being able to do six pull-ups, while another might assign STR 3 for a 30 lb bench press. Three years ago, I would have considered my current accomplishments RIDIC hard. Link to comment
