Johanna
Hi everyone! I'm new here and have been on the paleo diet for about 4 days. I love it! I'm a new mom and I'm trying to tone back up and get back into shape. Pregnancy wasn't that great for me. I've gotten down to pre-pregnancy weight but that's still not quite where I want to be. In the past I've struggled with eating disorders and I don't want to go down that path again. This time I want to be strong and fit! I'm trying to get into running even though I can't run a mile yet without stopping to catch my breath. I'm a "just do it" personality but lately I've hit a lull in my routines. I just don't see any weight coming off anymore, which is frustrating. I'm really hoping to change that. I'm also into archery, I'm an equestrian and most of all I love reading. Glad to meet you all! JessOfAllTrades
Welcome to the rebellion! Congrats on being a new mom and making the decision to get into shape in a healthy manner. You are definitely not alone here. What kind of routines are you doing right now? Storytelling Rebel | Blog | Twitter "“You've seen my descent, now watch my rising." ~ Rumi Link to comment
Tanktimus the Encourager
Welcome. I recommend checking out the challenge links and joining a guild, perhaps the adventurers to start, although as an equestrian archer ranger seems a natural fit. Johanna
Right now I'm running once or twice a week and when I don't run I do blogilates videos like crazy- I love them! I live in the Phoenix area so I'm trying to build up my stamina before the hot weather starts killing us all. Link to comment
JessOfAllTrades
Ugh, yeah, hot weather is definitely not helpful for exercising. I did everything indoors when I lived in Houston, because I'm a wuss in high temperatures. Storytelling Rebel | Blog | Twitter "“You've seen my descent, now watch my rising." ~ Rumi Link to comment
