New to the rebellion(:

Hi everyone! 

 

I'm new here and have been on the paleo diet for about 4 days. I love it! 

 

I'm a new mom and I'm trying to tone back up and get back into shape. Pregnancy wasn't that great for me. I've gotten down to pre-pregnancy weight but that's still not quite where I want to be. In the past I've struggled with eating disorders and I don't want to go down that path again. This time I want to be strong and fit! I'm trying to get into running even though I can't run a mile yet without stopping to catch my breath. 

 

I'm a "just do it" personality but lately I've hit a lull in my routines. I just don't see any weight coming off anymore, which is frustrating. I'm really hoping to change that. 

 

I'm also into archery, I'm an equestrian and most of all I love reading.
