Lowenna
8lbs! Seriously 8lbs! Weighed myself today and in the last 30days (I don't weigh often) I've lost 8lbs. I thought I'd maybe have lost 2, but 8, no way! I even got on the scales a second time to check the machine wasn't lying to me. In inches this has translated as chest -1, waist -1, hips -1/2, thighs -1/2 each. AWESOME! (although would be nice to lose more from the hips than the chest, lol) I'm so freaking happy right now! Speedy
Good job! They say you can lose 1-2 pounds per week safely, so 8 pounds in a month is right in there. Again, congrats! Quote Link to comment
Gowaduv
That's fantastic! Can't say as i've ever heard cricket chants...more along the lines of "I say chap, well played" and "Good shot sir! Care for another?"these kinda apply right?.........right?? mark
That's awesome, well done! Can't say as i've ever heard cricket chants... Really? The Barmy Army was going strong most of the Ashes that I saw this year. The most memorable one I can recall was "You all come from a convict colony, a convict colony, a convict colony..." Gotta love them Quote Link to comment
