Here I am

Well I guss this is where I start currently i am about 6ft 260lb and 31% body fat I am hopping to go paleo fully soon but an just easing myself into it all I have been obese all my life and really want to change. I enjoy rugby and exercise has never been a problem it is really sticking to diet that I have trouble with. I think I am putting this up here because I feel like it is harder to give up if people know what I am doing. I have also set number of other goals this week to do and here is where I hope to end up at 170lb 12%body fat so that's me there you all go

Welcome to the rebellion. You're right about diet its about 80% of weight loss. What are some of those goals this week? Also, have you considered getting in on the six week challenge?

Glad to have you here Richy!

 

Diet - don't sweat it.  Work on small changes that you can make over weeks/months rather than going ALL-IN and worrying about 100% consistency.  Small changes add up :)
