Australia Day workout!

January 26th is Australia Day!

Let's celebrate with a little workout...

start with a warm up of your choosing

then do 2 tests :

A.)max push-ups in 10 seconds

B.)10 second sprint

rest a minute or so between tests and rest up for a few more minutes afterwards because here comes the workout...

8 minutes of as many rounds as possible of :

push-up ×A

run distance B

Doesn't sound very patriotic, all this exercise bizzo...

I thought you were meant to be blotto by lunchtime, and spend the day in the pool listening to the Hottest 100 until the fireworks?

If you can't find time before breakfast I guess you'll just have to do it a day or two early...

I'm from the other side of the world so I'm not entirely familiar with the intricacies and social nuances of the holiday but I'll try to make it to the pool that day (despite it being winter here). Unfortunately I'm not Australian enough to be blitzed by lunchtime.:)
