Odyssey Posted January 22, 2013 Report Share Posted January 22, 2013 Today, the gym manager was in her office and I stopped by to ask about scheduling a caliper test and she offered to go ahead and get it done. She's been at this for years, so I trust her measurements much more than I ever would one of her employees'. We only did a 3 site, but it measured in at 15%! I didn't realize it had gotten this low. I've been busting my butt in the gym and sticking close to my diet expecting to be in the 140's before I would hit that kind of number. I'm currently 5'8" and just over 160lbs.
