Decent write up (but no reveals - gotta see article for that) in NYT Well.

 

Wish I could add "drink 8 glasses of water" to that... but it doesn't fit within the scope of the article.

That is quite a large list of potential conflicts...

Plus I read the article about sex only burning 14 kcals, and that was based on an "average 7 minute" session."  Which would make the old estimates completely correct, since they were based on an hour.
