Hightower7504
My friend has an indo board (i think that's the right name) i tried it out and really had fun with it, since it goes along with my goals i went home and made one to. Does anyone have any experience with them or balance training in general ? I'd love to know how helpful they really are ( aka. Am i training or just playing ) and how soon i might start seeing results. Georges
I can't answer your questions, but the other thing to ask about would be the Bosu ball... I think they're the same thing (or similar), and Bosu ball has gotten a lot more press/coverage. This used to be where my weight loss progress bar was. Maybe it will be here again when I'm ready to face the scale and work on my fat problem.
