Wolverine Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 Bodyweight training is WAY underrated for bulking. Push-ups, pull-ups, pistol squats, handstand push-ups and glute-hamstring raises are all excellent exercises for building strength and mass without a gym. Also look into static holds and gymnastic style training. The L-sit and planche progressions do not require any equipment.
