Ghost Chant X Posted February 12, 2013 Report Share Posted February 12, 2013 Hey All, I am happy to report that yesterday I surpassed the first goal I set for my health for 2013! I weighed in at 219lbs yesterday. I haven't been below 220 (or 230 for that matter) in quite a few years, since about the time I got married 7 years ago. My goal was to do it by March 31st and as you can see I am way ahead of schedule. My second goal is to hit 210 by April 31st so I think I am well on my way there. 200 by June 31st is up after that and I really think it is possible. Thanks, Link to comment
