Now is the time to finally be brave and join the community - eek! Since following the site I've taken up free weights and started learning how to do Olympic lifts last month. I've already noticed physical benefits and it's given me a new fitness incentive whilst the river here is too dangerous to row on (my usual sport of choice). My current goals are to squat my bodyweight (84kg) and deadlift beyond that. Anyways, you guys seem like a really friendly and supportive bunch so it's time for me to dive in!
