Major W00tage!

What a good day!

I just took some stats on me to see my progress:

Push-ups - 50 (one of my challenge goals)

Body Fat - 12% (down from 15% 1/1/13)

Weight - 178 (down from 187.5 1/1/13)

Chest - 38 1/2" (added 1 1/2 inches from last measurement)

Waist - 32 1/2" (- 1/2")

Hips - 37 1/4" (+1/4)

R. Arm - 13 1/2" (same)

L. Arm - 13" (- 1/4)

R. Thigh - 22" (- 1/2")

L.Thigh - 22 1/4" (+1/4)

R. Calf - 14 3/4" (- 1/4)

L. Calf - 14 1/2" (same)

Level 8 Half-Elven Ninja (3 Assassin/5 Monk)

To keep on that same frame of reference, I got tested again yesterday.

DRUM ROLL

10.4%body fat!

At this point, my waistline is almost the same as it was when I 18, but I am 40 pounds heavier. Some fat, but mostly muscle.
