Ennalia
I go through small windows of depression pretty regularly. I have been diagnosed as bipolar, but other docs say its too rapid for that. Also have some anxiety and ADHD (both inattentive and hyperactive) and have terribly invasive thoughts, and that's what bothers me the most. Now maybe one day I will find a doc that cares to address all my issues... I'm currently just on straterra for the ADHD.I can't speak for anyone else on how they experience depression, but for me, when its bad, I can see and remember no good. So I have to use a notebook. I have a music playlist that helps me get up, I read a few things that I wrote when I was happy, and meditate. It sounds super cheesy I know, but it works for me. Also learning my triggers, know what comes before the crash. Verbally recognize it, even just in the mirror. "I'm really depressed right now, but I have to keep going" hearing myself helps. Even if no one is listening. Link to comment
