I have done them all and caveman is the best I have seen. I just started Jan 2ND this year at a 370 starting weight, am now 342. I just cut out carbs up until now. But starting today full blown caveman/paleo phase 1!! I will keep reading here and learn all I can. Have just read The Primal Blueprint and Primal Body,Primal mind. I just turned 59 years old and want to weigh under 250 before my 60Th birthday. Goal is set, going to go lift something heavy and take a hike have a great day!! Link to comment
