Not really sure if I am doing this right but here goes nothing:I have about 40 lbs. to lose so for this challenge my goals are to embrace this Paleo diet, give up the cigs....that'll be the the hardest part.., and to up my exercise to include more bodyweight training. Anybody out there in the NF world that wants to help me out with encouragement and tips I would really appreciate it. I don't really have much of a support system.
