hk94
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm so excited that I needed to share. My long term fitness goal is to do a pull up. I've NEVER been able to do one, even when I was at my peak fitness levels in my early 20s. I've been following the guide to do a pull up on NF for about 3 weeks. Today, I did my first body weight row! In fact, I did 6 of them, but my form probably wasn't any good on the last 3! Woot! slugg77
Well done, congratulations! Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it is too dark to read. Runkeeper ID http://runkeeper.com...lloyd77/profile add me! Link to comment
Georges
It is exactly the right place to post this! Woot! Good work! This used to be where my weight loss progress bar was. Maybe it will be here again when I'm ready to face the scale and work on my fat problem.
