I decided today was the day I needed to jump in and get started. My goal is to lose 50 lbs this year. I started eating paleo/primal last summer and the changes in my health and how I feel have been awesome. Now I need to form good exercise habits to go along with my healthy eating. I joined the Adventurers today and am participating in the challenge. I'm excited about leveling up while sliming down! tracy1344 Posted February 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 I started level 1 of the gorilla app exercises today and I walk 3 times a week. I average 5 miles a week. There is a Pilates class once a week that I will start attending this week. Thoughts on my exercise?
