captain_pete
I just watched this TED Talk, "How to live to be 100+" by Dan Buettner, and I thought you guys might find it interesting: http://www.ted.com/talks/dan_buettner_how_to_live_to_be_100.html Dan worked with National Geographic to study areas of the world where the average life expectancy is way higher than America, and he talks about what was common amongst those communities. A lot of it supports what we work on here at NF -- eating more colorful veggies and nuts and less crap, portion control, natural exercise, and having a supportive community -- but there are other tips too. I found it inspirational. What's your feedback? Link to comment
