Sparing Cupcakes & Doughnuts [MC vs. LLW vs. Carp]

The Challenge:
- limiting natural sugar intake to 15g a day, not including fruits
- limiting fruits to 2 servings a day
- avoiding unnatural sugars/processed goods at all costs


If any of the above rules are broken, the sugar-eater must face:
1. 150 Burpees
        OR
2. 150 KB Swings (16kg)

The challenge going on right now is just between Emcee and me, and it will end when either one of us loses. -coughEmCeecough- Then Carp will be joining the next one. For those of you who know me, you know I have sweet teeth and cavities, and like to whine, but I'm determined to win this time... As for Emcee and Carp, they just like watching me suffer. >.> So, that said...
